Get started — a first project
TE's four-part first session in our words — create a project, then build a drum beat, record a bassline, add chords and perform with punch-in FX, using the sounds a new project already has.
The first session builds one idea in four passes, each on a different track and each teaching one recording technique: placing steps, recording live, entering chords on steps and performing effects. Every step works with the factory sounds, so nothing needs loading or configuring first. Follow the recipes in order; each one assumes the tracks before it already play.
