Box contents and the factory-sound licence
The box holds the unit, a quick start guide, a USB-C cable and velcro fasteners. You may use the built-in sounds in your own music, but not redistribute them as sounds.
In short: making and releasing tracks with the factory sounds is fine; passing the sounds themselves on (as a sample pack, for example) is not. This is a summary of TE's notice, not legal advice.
