Send effects
Six built-in send effects — chorus, delay, distortion, lofi, phaser and reverb — can be loaded on the two FX tracks, FX I (T7) and FX II (T8); M1 of an FX track shows the effect's four controls.
Send effects work like the return channels of a mixing desk: tracks send a share of their signal to FX I or FX II, and the FX track plays the processed result back into the mix, so one reverb can serve every track. Each slot runs one effect at a time. The FX tracks themselves — sends, routing, filter, LFO and defaults — are covered with the auxiliary tracks; the units here list what each effect's encoders do.
How to
Load a different effect on FX I or FX II
- 1
- 2 select FX I or FX II
- 3 opens the list of effects for that slot
- 4 scroll to the effect
- 5 pressing `M1` confirms as well
The slot now runs the chosen effect and `M1` shows its parameters.
